Imagine a wonderland filled to the brim with your favourite things. Auckland Showgrounds is the hub of large-scale events, trade shows and markets, and dishes out a consistent line-up of massive events like the Boat Show, Home Show, Auckland Food Show, Armageddon and GABS beer festival.   

Only minutes from the motorway and bordering the beautiful Cornwall Park, Auckland Showgrounds is a convenient and popular choice for some of the largest shows in the country. With some 18,000m² of indoor and outdoor exhibition space, you can expect the energy level to be alive and well. Enjoy carnival rides in the sunshine or get lost in the mammoth indoor space that packs impressive crowds – there may even be indoor food trucks, too.

It takes 15-20 minutes to drive from the city centre to ASB Showgrounds. For public transport, there are several bus routes (including the Outer Link) that depart from the city.
Local tip He tīwhiri mō te rohe
Depending on the size of the event, free parking can be limited around surrounding streets and on Puriri Drive in Cornwall Park. Try Alexandra Park (located next door) for a small free.
